You will receive an email confirmation once an order is placed. At times, the email might be found in your spam mail or promotion mail. and If you have an account with us, please sign in to check the status of your order. 

An email notification is normally sent to you when we dispatch your order. Please check your inbox, spam messages or promo message for the email with tracking number included. Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 days within New Zealand.

If your tracking number indicates that your order has been delivered and you haven’t received your order, you should: Check if someone else at your address has accepted it. Look around the delivery location. Your parcel may have been left with a neighbor or in a safe place Look for a notification of attempted delivery.

You may find an attempted delivery notice in your letter box or on your door. Contact the carrier if there’s still no sign of the parcel. If you are still unable to locate the parcel please contact us and we will be able to raise a claim against the carrier. Notify us in writing of any missing order within 15 days from the day of dispatch and we will open an investigation to locate the parcel from the carrier.
