Afrosentail return policy is easy and designed to make you have the best shopping experience ever. 

How to return products 

All return requests must be made within fourteen (14) days of delivery, as reported by the respective third-party package delivery company, to qualify for return. Return requests received more than fourteen (14) days after the date of delivery are not eligible and return will not be processed. 

Please note that returns must be 

  • Within 14 days from the tracked date of delivery 
  • The item is in its original saleable condition with all seal intact 
  • Afrosentail will not accept broken, leaking or cracked jars and bottles 

Also note: In accordance with New Zealand Health Codes, all food, grocery, intimate apparel, underwear, swimwear and adult novelty items, are not returnable. The only exceptions are manufacturer’s defects. 

If the Return Policy allows for a return, or we otherwise agree to a return in writing, we do not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our destination which must occur within fourteen (14) days of the return approval confirmation. We will only issue a refund upon receiving the returned item. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, we do not take title to the refunded item 

Refund or credit will be issued within 7 days of your return being received. This is because the processing of your credit and debit cards are handled by a third party and cannot be influenced by us. We apologies in advance, should this happen 

If your item is damaged during shipping, we are not responsible but can help with claims from the courier 

We reserve the right to refuse refunds on any item that has been tampered with 

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and shipping fees for returns will be customer’s responsibility 

We will send you an email as soon as we have successfully processed your refund, this should appear in your bank within 3-7 business day

Exchanges is within 7 days from the day the order was received.

Exchange is only valid per one ordered item only

Cancellation Policy 

All orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Because we process your order promptly, it becomes difficult to cancel or amend after 24 hours duration.
